Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced & dynamic B2B Account Executive to take Tiffany & Co. luxury business gifting to the next level. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional sales results and provide best-in-class luxury service to our business clients. You will develop and manage strong relationships with top level accounts while establishing new and cultivating existing business accounts. You will drive business to retail and deliver business growth on a consistent basis. Must live in or being willing to relocate to San Francisco/ Bay Area.
The Account Executive must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the west team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. Key Accountabilities
Sales Achievement: Responsible for sales growth
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales plan Grow territory revenue month-over-month, with a focus on new account acquisition and new opportunities Capture client data in salesforce, manage opportunity pipeline and client activity Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business Drive business through key product pillars Drive business to retailClient Development: Deepen the relationship with our business clients to drive spend, cultivate new business clients
Build robust strategy to Cultivate new and existing client relationships Cultivate a pipeline of Business Client prospects Conduct face-to -face, virtual and phone meetingsQualifications
Required
3+ years of Experience in business-to-business sales environment Proven track record in achieving sales results Ability to work with a diverse business client base/sector Ability to cultivate and develop C-suite relationships face-to-face and/or virtually Strong organizational, time management & multi-tasking skills Strong written and verbal skills Strong presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems such as Salesforce Ability to forecast and utilize data insight to manage and grow business A college degree or equivalent work experience is required Must have authorization to work in the United StatesPreferred
Luxury selling experienceThe hiring range for this position ranges from $74,035 - $100,165. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
