Account Executive, Creator Marketing

As an Account Executive, Creator Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day execution of small and mid-sized creator programs. You will work with a team of experts on creator sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform creator brand integrations. You will support specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media.Responsibilities Identify, vet and manage creator partnerships from proposal to management and reporting through final invoice paymentAssist in campaign execution from start to finish including creator identification, outreach and negotiation, management of deliverables, campaign reportingLead executional tactics for offline / online activations with influencers Actively source opportunities for creator programming with existing clients and provide strategic recommendations on how influencers can amplify current and future initiativesUnderstands and participates in agency billing and invoicing procedures; records and submits time, expenses and POs to the right project codes on a timely basisCollaborate with a diverse team of varied specialists from account leads and planners to art directors and copywriters to analysts and earned-paid-and-social strategistsDemonstrate an interest and expertise of trends (social, digital, tech, cultural) and relative best practices across organic and branded contentDemonstrate a collaborative, hard-working, team spirit focused on serving the practice and the needs of the clientContribute to program recaps and reporting Ability to support all creator contracts, payments and POsExperience in or passion for thrifting/fashion industry a plus RequirementsMinimum of one to two years of relevant experience working directly with creators, in creator marketing, talent management and/or at a comparable agencyBS/BA in related disciplinePassionate about the role creators can play in an integrated marketing planProven understanding of creator marketingAbility to engage and execute multiple small and mid-sized influencer projectsAbility to execute all steps of the influencer programming process (i.e. identifying creators, vetting creators, drafting offer letters, review process, program execution and wrap reports), in addition to an understanding of what steps lead to the nextPreferred Knowledge and SkillsStrong writing skills, as well as the ability to interact with internal teams professionally and maintain relationships with creators, agents and managersExperience working with multiple tiers of creators and supporting programs across multiple digital channels Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and FTC guidelinesA track record of working closely with team leads to analyze creative briefs and drive influencer partnership negotiations using language that bridges the gap between brand goals and creators requirementsBasic understanding of metrics, ability to gather/build metrics decks, and basic knowledge of additional measurement tactics to demonstrate success of programmingKnows how to collaborate with an integrated team with varied skillsets and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spiritThrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accounts.Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsIdentify and plan against KPIs and goals for each campaignDrive effective communications with internal teams and managers; communication should demonstrate forward-thinking program needsAble to perform well under pressure by efficiently prioritizing tasks and completing multiple items under deadlineProficient at keeping a pulse on culture and what is relevant and sharing that information with internal teamsExhibit strong understanding of creator marketing, digital and social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches$55,000 - $68,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
