Account Executive, Digital & Paid Media Operations

DDC Public Affairs is sourcing for a public affairs professional to join our dynamic digital team as an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive. The Account Executive on DDC’s Digital Team plays a critical role in delivering results-driven digital campaigns for public affairs, corporate reputation and issue advocacy clients. This individual combines strong organizational skills, creativity, and data-informed decision-making to execute campaigns across digital and paid media platforms.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Digital Campaign Strategy and Execution:** Collaborate with digital strategists to develop and execute paid media campaigns across social media and programmatic platforms.
+ **Research & Reporting:** Research target audiences and industry trends to inform campaign development and client strategies; monitors campaign metrics, audience insights, and performance data to produce reports and actionable recommendations.
+ **Content Creation:** Write, edit, and proofread digital content, including social media copy, paid ad messaging, and web assets.
+ **Client Communication & Support:** Ensure seamless project delivery by managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration; liaising directly with clients as needed
+ **Business Development Support:** Assist new business opportunities by utilizing their ability to research, outline, write, edit, and proofread materials to develop content (e.g., social media posts); research industry trends and innovations for DDC
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, political science, or a related field
+ 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or advocacy campaigns
+ Broad, foundational knowledge of the public affairs, politics, issue advocacy and communications
+ Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn), campaign management tools, and social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Talkwalker)
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
