Our US Government Sales Team is seeking talented, self-directed sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. As the fastest growing line of business within Salesforce, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future by driving customer success and supporting the missions of our top Government accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team sales environment and consistently delivers on revenue targets.

Your Impact:

You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique challenges and goals. You will advise customers on the Salesforce Platform to promote solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Key Responsibilities:

Run complete and complex sales cycles presenting the value of our full suite of applicationsDevelop and execute a strategy to acquire new customers and expand on existing customer relationships to grow account adoption and revenueManage and forecast sales activity and opportunities using Salesforce's best-in-class CRMWork seamlessly with an extended account team, system integrator partners, and channel partnersMulti-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Required Skills:

3+ years previous experience in a quota-carrying sales positionExperience selling to Federal Civilian, Department of Defense and/or Aerospace CompaniesShown successful track record of quota achievement in previous sales rolesExperience managing and closing complex sales-cyclesExcellent persuasive verbal and written communication skills.Creative thinker and should possess the ability to resolve critical problemsDesired Skills:Previous Sales Methodology trainingPrevious Salesforce CRM user experienceStrong computer skills, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelBachelor's degree strongly preferred
