We are currently searching for a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills to join our staff as an Account Executive.
What You'll Do Essential Duties Include:Provide sales support and service to existing client base throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and South CarolinaConfirm benefits to be communicated to clientsPrepare/obtain employee enrollment materialsCoordinate open enrollment period from start to finishCommunicate accurately and timely with internal and external stakeholdersOrganize the enrollment team and supervise the processAct as liaison between client and insurance companies to resolve service issuesResolve billing, claim, eligibility, and other service issuesBuild and maintain client relationshipsPlace new products within accountsCompleting special projects as assignedFollowing company procedures concerning all essential duties and responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned What You'll NeedRequirements:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with insurance products and terminology regarding employee benefitsManage time and tasks with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearlyLife and Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain licenseProfessionalism and integrity a mustOnsite client visits are required within NC, SC, andCandidate should live in NC, SC, or VATravel required 75%
