Rise Broadband is looking for an experienced multi dwelling unit (MDU) Account Executive that has experience in negotiating rights of entry (ROE) and Bulk deals with MDU property owners, Home Owners Associations (HOA), and Property Management Companies and Condos for the purpose of securing long term agreements, profitable agreements  

You must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, excellent cold calling strategies and abilities, great organizational skills and have strong negotiation skills and be able to provide a demonstrable record of experience in the same or similar role.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Prospect, cold call and generate new sales opportunities within the Rise Broadband Fiber footprintDevelop strategic sales presentations to owners of MDUs and HOAs, regularly interacting with C-Suite Executives, Board Members, Building Owners, Developers Negotiate contract terms and lengths with in the MDU/HOA Developer and Owner space within the Rise Broadband ROI model Responsible for achieving a quarterly sales quota Deliver weekly reporting of sales initiatives and sales funnelPartners closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Engineering and OpsOther duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of MDU experience required, including contract negotiationsMust have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to drive for business purposesTelecommunications experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite; solid understanding of Microsoft Excel features and formulasExperience developing and managing relationships with all levels of property owners and managersUnderstand business implications of decisions; display orientation to profitability; demonstrate knowledge of market and competition; align work with strategic goalsAbility to analyze and define problems, prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines and remain flexibleStrong positive, and creative verbal, presentation, and written communication skills   Bilingual preferred
