Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive who is responsible for building, managing/progressing, and closing opportunities within a Mid-Market territory. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically prospecting for new business, upsell, and cross-sell within our extensive install base and delivering results against a quota.
We need a sales professional with outstanding prospecting skills that can effectively create, manage, and close deals as well as navigate through complex selling environments. You will be responsible for follow-up on leads that are generated by our Inbound Marketing and as well as coordinate with our outbound Business Development Reps to close both new business and expansion opportunities.
What you'll be doing:

Basic Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred3+ years of software selling experience; SaaS experience preferred!2+ years outbound prospecting experience a plusExperience selling to Director/VP+ level leadersTrack record of success selling into mid-market companiesTechnically savvy; detailed understanding of a related CX technologyProficiency in key Sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach, Clari, and MEDDPICCSkilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes, and drafting business plansOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to accurately forecast monthly/quarterly metrics

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
