If you have questions about the company or open roles you canchat with an insider.Job DescriptionEngage with customers via phone, email, tickets, webinars, etc to accompany them during the onboarding process, solve their queries and increase response rates for the Indian Region and ultimately convince them to adopt our EV solutionIdentify and target high value customers (i.e outreach with customized approach) and take appropriate steps to engage them successfully by using Sales tacticsManage, monitor and drive your portfolio to maximize conversionBe proactive to nurture and build your pipeline, re-engage customers and maximize inflowBe autonomous to manage all your tasks efficiently, display commercial awareness to identify proactively business opportunitiesIdentify risks to the customers successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues before they happen; Become a CSR expert to overcome objectionsCapture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report and contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management and other EcoVadis BUs (Sales, Customer Success, etc) to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations & participationBe accountable to drive a set of KPIs (Conversion rate, Quality score, etc).Additional responsibilities related to the function may be requiredQualificationsDegree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing)Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales preferred - comfortable with proactive outreach to EcoVadis network members2+ years experience in a customer facing roleMust be fluent in Hindi and English (written & oral); additional language is a strong plusExperience with Salesforce or CRM software preferredCommercial awareness and Competitive mindsetAble to multitask and prioritize based on business/customer needsExcellent organization and time management skillsAutonomous and proactiveComfortable working in a fast paced, high-growth environmentEnthusiasm and motivation to improve customer experienceProactive in suggesting, designing and implementing ideas and improvementsExperience working in the Indian & African Region and knowledge of the culture would be a plusAdditional InformationFull time positionStart date: 1 May 2024Location: Mumbai, IndiaOur hiring team looks forward to reviewing your CV and covering letter with a guaranteed response to every application.
