Key job responsibilities
- Become an expert on Amazon Ads solutions, understanding advertiser needs and providing insight and recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Leverage influencing and relationship-building skills to prospect, penetrate and develop executive-level relationships with advertisers, negotiate and secure advertiser media spend budgets, and drive deals to closure.
- Provide the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
- Utilize sales CRM to measure progress against relevant sales activities and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to create and execute advertising plans for various types of businesses.

About the team
Global Growth Sales (GGS) is a global organization that works with small to mid-sized advertisers who are in the process of growing, ranging from advertisers with a certain amount of transactions with Amazon Ads, to advertisers who have a lot of room for growth, to completely new advertisers with varying amounts of transactions and relationships. We identify and use the most appropriate means to conduct sales activities, such as business meetings, phone calls, e-mails, and webinars. Our team is able to keep up with new features and improvements that are being constantly added, provide consulting and optimization support based on performance data, and create proposals for usage and combinations that match the advertiser's challenges.
