Position Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! At Broadridge you will work with the largest wealth and retirement organizations in the US and abroad introducing and evangelizing our Fi360 software solutions to the marketplace. Our existing clients and relationships continuously seek new products from Broadridge. You will be on the cutting edge of omni-channel digital solutions focused on Financial Advisors who are seeking to grow and monitoring their book of business within their firms.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning, collaboration meetings and attending industry conferences.
Responsibilities:
Sales pipeline managementGenerate and qualify new leads through phone, email and social mediaDevise and implement creative outbound sales strategies to help fuel growth and build the sales pipelineTrack and report all prospecting and sales activities in a CRMContact new prospects and existing clients to discuss their needs, and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and servicesAnswer clients' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit termsEmphasize product features based on analyses of clients' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitationsNegotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreementsIdentify prospective clients by using business directories, LinkedIn, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferencesSelect the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulationsCollaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing informationWork with sales management team to ensure process is efficient.Work to exceed annual sales quotas and key performance indicators as assignedAttend industry conferences as assigned.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Sales background, with a passion for technology solution-based sellingBachelor’s degree preferredGo-Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourcefulAbility to deliver high call volumes in the pursuit of pipeline development goalsEntrepreneurial initiative that is motivated by building new customers and expanding upon existing relationshipsAbility to overcome objections and bypass gatekeepersStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Functional/technical skills Office 365Experience with digital toolsProcess management experience including CRMWork independently as well as in a team environmentCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writingSalary range $25.00- $27.00 Hourly. Commision Eligible. Bonus Eligible.
