About This Role
Coordinate client training events globally by accurately assessing course prerequisites against client qualifications, ensuring course availability, and clearly communicating client expectations to the training department.Manage client and company retention within the designated territory to optimize revenue.Assist the Regional Sales Manager with pricing agreements, update pricing on relevant portals, and confirm the availability of valid contracts prior to course bookings.Ensure timely collection of payments for customers on a cash-on-delivery basis.Promote a collaborative and positive team environment to guarantee client satisfaction by providing support to team members as needed.Organize visas, Marhaba services, tickets, and hotel accommodations for clients as specified in the contract.Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.Ensure accurate client data updated in the internal systems.Schedule recurring training events and follow up to ensure their completion.Promote additional training courses that enhance the overall client training experience.Oversee client training events until completion and deliver exceptional customer service.Convey payment terms to clients and aid in the collection of payments including assisting with client check-ins.Proactively ensure the fulfillment of the company's sales strategy and objectives, maintaining motivation and a strong focus on key targets while striving to exceed those goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Engage in prospecting for new clients as necessary.Surpass client expectations through outstanding service, effective communication, and diligent account follow-up.Build and sustain proactive, positive relationships with clients within a designated territory through direct personal interactions.Coordinate training commitments with the Training Services Department to deliver tailored training solutions for clients.Monitor training events to ensure successful execution and provide customer service as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment to guarantee client satisfaction.
