ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive serves as primary contact to assigned clients with the goal of delivering a high level of service, and a positive client and member experience. The Account Executive is responsible for executing detailed, comprehensive, and accurate group implementations, group strategy meetings, and plan changes. In addition, this individual is expected to process reports, interpret data/analytics in a comprehensive manner and clearly present detailed reporting to clients with an action plan and recommendations that are aligned with ABS’ corporate philosophies. The Account Executive must be able to tackle challenging questions which require in-depth review, analysis, evaluation and detailed preparation.
Responsible for all aspects of the account relationship including retention, client satisfaction, strategic business planning, client performance reviews & evaluations, report delivery and interpretation.Initiate and participate in strategy development with clients (along with their broker/agent when applicable), to position ABS within the clients’ health-care strategy with the focus on retention and adding value-added services.Coordinate deliverables for current clients in an RFP situation, and manage the discovery and solution development process.Ability to understand current health-care trends and issues and effectively communicate how they may impact client strategies.Interface and facilitate communications with appropriate leaders within ABS to help problem solve or support new service offerings.Effectively communicate client intentions and expectations to the internal team that supports effective delivery of service.Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and project facilitators.Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Additional Preferences
Additional preferences:
Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of experience in TPA industry, group health insurance, or other related health-care field.Possess strong analytical skills, out of the box thinking, with a consultative approach.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of medical plan operations and issue resolutionKnowledge of Facets claims adjudication system is preferred, but not required.#LI-Remote
