Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional, customer-focused, and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team and expand sales in North America. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on a fast-paced team, engage with various prospects, partners, and customers, and expand your career opportunities as you grow our Commercial business.
ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospects, partners, and existing customers to sell our Low-Code, No-Code application platform.Develop trusted relationships and serve as a trusted advisor in delivering organizational improvements.Prospect and identify potential customers.Leverage tools to execute lead generation campaigns.Attend in-person networking and industry events.Foster, train, and support partners.Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.Ensure value realization for our solutions.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or marketing area of study.At least 10+ years of experience in sales and business development.Experience in successfully applying a consultative selling approach with an emphasis on enterprise-level software and solutions.Experience with workflow-based software solutions.Experience selling enterprise solutions in both Commercial and Federal accounts.Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, and C-suite level interactions.Additional Skills & QualificationsValue-selling or similar framework is a plus.Experience with 'land and expand' sales approach.Experience with federal and commercial RFP processes.Work Environment
The position involves a hybrid work environment with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office. The role includes interactions with 32 customers across government and commercial sectors.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
