Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and execute account growth plans to expand relationships within existing PRGX clients and convert inbound pipeline opportunities.
· Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across PRGX’s portfolio of Profit Recovery, Contract Compliance, and Data Intelligence solutions.
· Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, with a focus on consultative and relationship-driven selling.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Client Success, Delivery, and Finance teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
· Leverage CRM systems (Salesforce, Clari, etc.) to manage pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts.
· Maintain strong awareness of client business drivers and industry trends to position PRGX effectively.
· Work closely with Legal and internal stakeholders to support proposal and contract development.
· Demonstrate effective use of PRGX’s sales process and Challenger sales methodology.
· Represent PRGX professionally and foster trusted partnerships that lead to long-term client value.
Knowledge & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
· 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, SaaS, or analytics.
· Proven success selling into existing accounts or growing client relationships.
· Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
· High emotional intelligence and sensitivity when engaging with existing client relationships.
· Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools; familiarity with modern sales tech stack (Clari, Groove, etc.) preferred.
· Self-starter with strong organizational skills, accountability, and a desire to make an impact.
