Position Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive (Hunter) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through new and existing clients within the assigned territory through both sales efforts and relationship development.

The ideal candidate will manage the consultative business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business.

Position responsibilities:

Hunt/Source new businesses opportunities through cold prospecting activities (cold calls/ cold emails/ events/ networking, etc.) to source new business.Manage/track your enterprise consultative sales process (accounts list building, leads list building, lead cold outreach, discovery calls, tech demos, proposal/contract negotiation and account management).Formulate and track business planning in the CRM on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Understand TransPerfect’s full line of business in order to design each solution according to client’s needs.Contribute with the ramp-up of the consultative business development team.Travel (including multiple annual conferences, regional training and client meetings) - domestic and/or international.

What you have:

Advanced English for internal communication.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.1.5 years of experience working in the same company with prospection.Proven track record in achieving sales targets.Experience with enterprise consultative sales life cycle - from lead generation until discovery call and demo scheduling.Effective time management skills and attention to detail.Experience updating CRM information on a daily basis.Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint, Word and Excel.[Differential] Experience with SugarCRM / Sales Navigator / ZoomInfo.
