What the day will look like • Accountable in Employee Benefits Hub / VB implementation to Aon PH HS Clients delivering business result and growth • Ensure project timeline from implementation to roll-out is met flagging any challenges or issues which may arise • Coordinate with Account Management team on client presentation schedule and preparation of presentation • Ensure service deliverables of Insurance Provider are met based on agreed SLA • Coordinate, align and focus best resources to onboard a client in Employee Benefits Hub • Collaborates with Growth Teams to introduce Employee Benefits Hub to create opportunities to grow the business • Liaise with Insurance Providers on client escalations • Investigate, track, and resolve customer and client concerns • In coordination with the Team Leader, execute the program based on the agreed Scope of Work with the client How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Account Executive at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
