当部のアカウントエグゼクティブは、エーオンのグローバルにおける既存顧客に対して、最適な保険プログラムを提供すると共に、新規ビジネスの開拓に従事していただきます。
職務内容
+ 既存保険契約のメンテナンス、及び改善提案
+ 弊社海外オフィスとの連携によるグローバル保険プログラムの適正な運営
+ 大口顧客に対する 自然災害等のリスク分析( PML 分析等)
+ 新規ビジネスの開発 、 ビジネスパートナーとの業務提携の推進
+ 本国リスクマネージャーとの保険条件の交渉日々の顧客(契約者)対応
経験・スキル
+ 高い処理能力およびコミュニケーション能力を有する方
+ 調整力があり、優先順位をつけて、期限に沿って仕事に柔軟に取り組める方
+ 保険業界で3年以上の実務経験 (保険会社および代理店)および保険契約実務経験
+ 母国語 や流暢な レベルの日本語 ( JLPT N1 同等)
+ 英語理解力があれば尚可(英語に慣れている、もしくは英語を学ぶ意欲がある方)
+ エクセル、ワード、およびパワーポイントを堪能な方
勤務条件
給与: 経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
勤務地: 東京 23 区
勤務時間: 9:00-17:00 (休憩 60 分・実働 7 時間) フレックスタイム制
残業有 ※ 残業代の付与条件は規定による
待遇: 賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等
休日: 完全週休 2 日制(土・日)、祝日
年末年始 (12/30 ~ 1/3) 年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等

Aon Japan is currently recruiting an Account Executive for Foreign Local & Large AGCN Inward Division.
This role has the flexibility to be performed from our Tokyo, Japan office in a hybrid working model.
Applicants must legally authorized to work in Japan. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

What the day will look like
Foreign Local & Large AGCN (Aon Global Client Network) Inward Division provides services such as risk management and solutions proposal mainly to overseas based multi-national companies in Japan.
The Account Executive is in charge of Foreign Local & AGCN clients and is responsible for providing optimal insurance programs to exisitng client and also developing the new business.
This position acquires following responsibilities, but not limited to:
+ Maintaining existing insurance contracts and improvement proposals
+ In charge of operating global insurance programs by collaborating with our overseas offices.
+ Risk analysis of natural disasters for large customers (PML analysis, etc.)
+ Developing new businesses and promoting business alliances with business partners
+ Negotiating insurance conditions with local risk managers and daily support for customers
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ High processing and communication skills
+ Able to adjust, prioritize, and work flexibly to meet deadlines
+ At least 3+ years of working experience in insurance industry (insurance companies and agents)
+ Native language or fluent level of Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent)
+ Ability to understand English is a plus (those who are used to English or have a desire to learn English)
+ Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
