As an Account Executive your primary focus is retention of existing client accounts along with development of new revenue, including both new accounts and new to existing opportunities. The Account Executive acts to coordinate all Aon resources and to bring the best of Aon to each client. You are responsible for delivery of all aspects of the Aon Client Promise plan. How this opportunity is different We are seeking established leaders with a proven track record of growing a successful professional services firm, focused on delivering innovative and client centric solutions through high performing teams. This pivotal role involves leading client service teams to understand and fulfill client requirements, ensuring the retention and expansion of a profitable business portfolio. By focusing on service quality, pricing strategies, expert consultation, and comprehensive reporting, you will drive the value proposition that Aon offers to its clients. Joining our global organization comes with opportunities for advancements, cross-training, involvement on local, national and global projects and ability to participate and drive innovative projects and solutions across all solution and product lines. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance. + Proven track record of attracting and retaining commercial clients. + Demonstrated leadership abilities. + Strong analytical and organizational skills: + License in commercial insurance or desire to obtain one. + Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues. + Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to develop innovative approaches and solutions. + Demonstrated exceptional customer service. + Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. + French / English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally + Post secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
