What You Will Get To Do:

Research key accounts to assess business opportunities, using a data-driven approachIdentify and establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accountsCreate and manage telephone as well as email prospecting campaigns for new businessLead solution discovery to understand client requirements, objectives, prioritiesPresent SS&C Intralinks business solutions using appropriate sales techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations and effortsRegularly meet with clients in person, sometimes requiring travel, in an effort to build superior relationships to our competitionWork with senior management and corporate counsel, negotiate contracts, and provide follow-up to deliver signed contractsMaintain strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short and long-term prospects through our CRM system salesforceMeet agreed quarterly/annual performance in both client activity (meetings/demos, etc.) and quota achievementCollaborate with other SS&C Intralinks businesses and sales teams on joint efforts

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 5+ years of professional experience and 3 years of quota bearing experience in software or technology sales Strong knowledge of M&A, alternative investments, and broader financial services industryExcellent verbal and written (including presentations) communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups requiredParticipate in industry facing business develop and marketing efforts Ability to travel 20-50%.
