It allows our Sales Team to hunt while someone else does all the gardening. Our sales team is spoiled that way without having to work outside regular work hours.

This unlimited income potential opportunity has a base + commissions + bonuses and will get you to $100K+. A-Players have made much more. There's no travel outside the state and no account management expected.

City Wide is seeking a Account Executive to generate sales leads and produce new client business. The Sales Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates (1) are self-starters with a hunter’s mentality, (2) motivated by earning potential, and (3) enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

What you will do in this role:

Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts. Maintain required activity standards to include conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week. Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Maintain and manage your “Top 100” list in the CRM. Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
