Managing and supporting the overall execution of the sales and marketing strategies; designing insurance programs, evaluate risk profile, placement and implement sales and marketing standard processes.

MAIN DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Responsible for generating and assessing business opportunities with potential market segmentation, developing business plan, revenue and profit targets
+ Customer focus, understand what internal / external clients need and value and implements with high level of customer satisfaction and professional image
+ Carrying out the major prospect's contact include setting up the meeting/prepare the presentation, coordinate with them and managing the relationship throughout the process
+ Identifies and gains new and additional business
+ Acts proactively in addressing client issues
+ Day-to-day services in consultation, client-facing and risks placement
+ To align with guidelines and procedures affecting their work
+ To build and maintains positive relationships with insurers and reinsurers.
+ To cooperate and support team performance in accomplishing goal
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, preferable in insurance or risk management
+ Non-Life Insurance Certificate
+ At least 2-3 years’ experience in insurance industry
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
+ Good interpersonal & communication skills
+ Highly Motivated, Team-player
+ Strong Analytical capabilities
+ Ability to make Client presentations
+ Personal Computing Skills and use of common office software - MS Office
