Account Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Executive team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing a fleet-centric portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively while collaborating with a dedicated team.

We will count on you to:

Oversee and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.Assist the principal in strategic planning and execution of client-related activities, providing insights and support as needed.Respond promptly to inquiries for new business, preparing proposals and presentations to secure new clients.Assist in the renewal process and provide data governance, including administering compliance controls and training.Conduct client file audits to meet both insurer and internal governance controls.Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of premiums and managing any outstanding debts.

What you need to have:

Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualified or Diploma of Insurance Broking.2 – 3 Years Insurance Broking Experience at the minimal.Proficiency in Excel.

What makes you stand out:

Large fleet or Novated Leases Insurance experience would be beneficial.Well-versed exposure in bordereau management.Experience in complaints handling.
