Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set and manage sales target in monthly and annual basesCreate sales plan and seek profitable product and servicesManage budget controlCreate group vision and by understanding company vision and able explain it to each memberLead and support team members to achieve group target and each member individual targetProviding training professional development to the sales teamAssisting sales team members to build quality relationships with customersDeveloping strategies for increasing market shareEnsuring that sales team members follow up with potential customersGenerating report and data for sales analysisHandling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT industryExperience working in technology and cloud computing sales.

Preferred qualifications:

Female candidate will be preferredPreferably Chinese DescentHaving focus account will be an added valueExceptional communication skills to provide leadership to team and supportStrong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software and IT servicesComprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the teamInterpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and other people within the organizationExtensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales team membersAbility to lead by example and act with integrity
