About the Role

As an Account Executive at Boundless, you will be selling our B2B immigration solution to Mid-Market and Enterprise HR/Operations leaders ($20K-$250K ACV). With the current complexities of global mobility, hiring teams are looking for a trusted partner to assist with how to solve complex, ever-changing immigration requirements. This role requires you to create, advance, and close deals. Understanding client hiring and talent pain points, uncover their buying processes, and effectively showcase how our solutions create positive business outcomes in order to close the business.

About You 18+ months of successful quota-carrying experience in B2B sales. Possesses intellectual curiosity for uncovering and solving business challenges. Understands the HR landscape or is interested in learning and selling into HR personas.  Knowledge or passion around immigration news, policy changes and tech advancements in the space is a plus. High EQ individual who communicates well but listens equally as well. Understands and embraces the pace and expectations of being in sales at a VC-backed tech company. Consistently Build Quality Pipeline

Own your pipeline and self-generate opportunities as needed Collaborate with your SDRs on prospecting efforts

Build Champions & Win New Business

Execute sales calls to build champions with HR leaders New logo acquisition is the primary goal and growth driver for the company

Take pride in your sales execution and look to improve daily Stay updated on the industry to maintain trusted advisor status with customers

Be a Great Teammate

Bring back insights to help Sales, Marketing, CS and Product get better Celebrate others’ successes and bring positive energy

Forecast & Overachieve Quota

Own your business and have a good grasp of metrics and path to quota+ Accurately predict attainment goals on a monthly and quarterly basis Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, with the potential to earn $185,000 to $215,000 in On-Target Earnings (OTE).
