Account Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our HONAN (Real Estate) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will be responsible for contributing to business growth objectives of Honan Insurance Group by development of new business and retention of existing business, specifically in nominated accounts within the Strata team. While servicing a portfolio of accounts as allocated by the Client Manager or other senior manager within the function, ensuring high quality customer service while coordinating, managing, and developing Client Executives, Service Executives and Administrative staff.

Collaborate and Partner for Client Value: Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implement renewal and broking strategies, and investigate new business opportunities.Inspire with Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality client service, manage client expectations, and oversee the training and development of team members.Satisfy and Reach with New Technologies: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, manage documentation, and maintain technical knowledge across multiple product lines.Share Knowledge through Data and Analytics: Input client information into business systems, gather data for renewals, and monitor service delivery across quoting, renewals, and claims.

What you need to have:

Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)1-2 years of general insurance industry experienceBroad knowledge of customer service standardsTechnical Insurance/Broking skills in accordance with RG 146 requirementsANZIIF Certified
