Working in the Financial, Professional and Executive Risks (FINEX) team in our Christchurch or Wellington offices, the successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of servicing and growing an existing book of clients based predominantly in the North Island region, with a focus across all classes of liability insurance. Key areas of accountability will include all aspects of client servicing, such as the preparation of client documentation, assistance with claims management, client database management, and liaison with underwriters.

A minimum of 2 years insurance broking and/or legal experience with specialist knowledge in the liability practice areaA Level 5 insurance qualification, or a willingness to complete it, along with significant business experienceExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, applicable to both individual and group interactionsA reasonable level of competency in Word and Excel, with knowledge of PowerPointAn understanding of claims management processesBroad business and economic understandingA customer-centric approach and a strong desire to understand and meet clients' needsGood time management skills and a proactive approach to workProfessionalism, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently when requiredNote: Employment-based visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
