About Our Team 

We are market leaders in the B2B segment of Fraud Prevention and/or Compliance solutions. Our sales team is a high-performance, experienced group specializing in (B2B) sales and account management, catering to the specific needs of each region and scenario. 

The Role

The Account Executive will maintain and grow small accounts in the LATAM region, having a specific customer wallet from Mexico, with high focus on small customers at the financial crime compliance, fraud and identity, and payments efficiency solutions. Responsibilities include hitting sales targets, conducting product demos, managing the sales process, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels.Acting as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide exceptional service and solutions.Evaluating existing relationships, grow and expand relationships, create a territory plan and successfully execute against that strategy.Calling on existing customers to secure appointments and gather information on their needs.Positioning and demonstrating the value of our products to address their business issues.Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and close sales.
 

Requirements

College or university degree in Industrial Engineering or Management or the equivalent work experience.Have advanced and fluent English language skills.Have great interpersonal skills and able to build influential relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders.Be disciplined / organized as you will be in charge of several accountsBe willing to travel

Desirable:

Knowledge of SalesforcePrevious experience in SaaS account managementAbility to work with senior managementHave previous professional experience in client portfolio management and solution sales, preferably in data or technology companies.
