Account Executive
Our client is a leading provider of custom printing and packaging solutions! The company has built a strong reputation as Vancouver's premier print and packaging house. It specializes in high-quality printed products such as paperboard boxes, labels, shrink sleeves, and tubes.
 
They're looking for a driven Account Executive to help them drive new business across BC and Washington state. This is a hybrid role with a balanced focus on hunting new business and managing accounts. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Vancouver and Washington State territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including owners, procurement teams, and marketing decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, building quotes, closing deals, and maintaining relationships. Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless account management. Achieve KPIs, including 3-5 new clients per quarter, and contribute to the company’s annual revenue target. Use in-house CRM software to track activities, sales pipelines, and client interactions. Leverage warm leads from marketing and offshore business development efforts. Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years of outside sales experience. Character: Highly driven, competitive, and ambitious. You have a “shark” mentality and a strong sense of urgency. You’re pushy without being annoying and thrive in a sales environment.  Skills: Excellent business acumen with leadership potential. Strong ability to manage client relationships and close deals. Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $65,000 + uncapped commissions (plus residuals!) Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into sales leadership over time, once you’ve proven your sales success within the organization.
