Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Account Executive ready to elevate their sales career in the dynamic and rapidly growing Construction Cloud Technology space. In this role, you will represent Autodesk Construction Solutions within your assigned territory, helping revolutionize an industry that has historically lagged in adopting technology. With a regional approach to selling into the construction sector, you will be a key resource and expert in your territory, driving new business and expanding our existing account base in a high-growth environment. ResponsibilitiesManage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, focusing on meeting and exceeding quotasDrive new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and managing renewals in key accountsTake ownership of your geographic territory and develop a business plan to position Autodesk as the leading construction technology vendorBuild and nurture key relationships within accounts, including with executives, to understand customer challenges and translate them into value-driven solutionsArticulate the value of Autodesk’s cloud-based platform to potential customersAnalyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to strategically position Autodesk’s solutionsCollaborate with technical and customer success teams to deliver impactful proposals for new and existing customersPartner with the business development team to generate high-quality inbound leads and execute outbound campaignsProvide accurate, ongoing forecasts of business performanceCollaborate with channel partners to drive revenue growth, enhance adoption programs, and strengthen relationshipsAct as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying win-win solutionsShare customer feedback regularly with product, industry, and strategic marketing teams to identify areas of strength and improvementSupport the development of customer success stories to serve as referencesReport to the Territory Sales Manager based in India

Minimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in SaaS sales or high-growth industriesProven track record of exceeding sales quotasStrong team player with a collaborative mindset and a hunger to learnCustomer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skillsPrevious experience in SaaS sales is desirableAbility to work in a hybrid environment
