About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Liz Earle Commercial Team, supporting the delivery of the plan of one of our largest retail accounts – Boots UK & ROI. Working as part of a wider High Street Commercial team, you will work closely with both Boots and Brand cross functional teams to create and deliver the commercial plan.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a commercial function, with real opportunity to have an instant impact on our Liz Earle performance.
You will be the go-to person for day to day information on the Liz Earle account plan for Boots. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will provide great analysis and tracking of our commercial activity with a view to continuously review and provide recommendations to further strengthen the commercial and brand.
With the support of the NAM, you will help create and lead the plan, underpinned by excellent execution and ensuring no opportunity is missed, with the ultimate goal being to deliver our annual sales targets. There is considerable opportunity for you to expand the level of ownership within the account.
Main responsibilities include
Owning the day to day plan for your channels, including sales and performance trackingEnsuring excellent execution of the plan and ongoing analysis with a view to further strengthen performanceSupporting in the delivery of market-leading NPD launch plansHolding productive relationships both internally (Liz Earle & wider No7BC) and externally (Boots UK) with your key counterparts, driving performance and advocacyDelivering the plan flawlessly and with a strong focus on operational excellenceWhat you’ll need to haveYou will have previous Commercial experience, Account Management desired but not essentialStrong commercial acumen, with an ability to review and react accordingly to insight, recommending ways to improve the planGreat attention to detail and a right first-time attitudeCollaborative team playerAbility to build strong working relationships across all levels, and functions with a cross functional team
It would be great if you also havePassion for beautyPrevious experience in a commercial or trading role, with strong influencing and the ability to build a broad and diverse networkAttention to detailCommercially astute with the ability to build a plan that manages sales, profit and share. A strong understanding of the trading account and the factors that influence profit and margin.
