Account Executive

This role will support a book of business by providing capacity and assisting with writing briefs, and various project requests. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. **Responsibilities** + Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, budgets, timelines, etc.) + Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable. + Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to maintain the forecast. + Assist and begin to learn billing estimates. + Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager in communicating with the internal/external team. + Lead special assignments for Account Director, and other Account Leaders. + Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables. **Qualifications** + 1-3 years agency/client work experience. Experience in shopper marketing, preferred. + Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams and working with minimal supervision is required. + Experience in shopper marketing or advertising marketing a plus. + Experience in digital marketing and social commerce preferred, and a passionate curiosity for the evolution of this space is required. + Professional maturity and agility in a hybrid working environment are required. **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
