Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for growing our clients’ businesses as if they are your own. You will become an expert in digital marketing, lead generation, and eCommerce as you foster trust and build strong relationships with your clients and internal expert service delivery team. You will act as a digital marketing consultant – ensuring that the ideas, strategies and optimizations proposed by each team can achieve the best business outcome for your clients. You will become adept at learning our clients’ business drivers – the ideal client profile, problems and solutions, and the language spoken in each industry. You will master the disciplines of project management, time & task management, communication, and empathy.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of Digital Marketing Services
Manage the scope delivery of each team involved in the scope of each client Coordinate with teams to build weekly and monthly performance reports, evaluating data insights and optimization ideas from the client’s perspective Assess new client requests as in-scope or out of scope and work with sales and management to determine how to meet the client’s needs Escalate when performance is not meeting expectations Learn digital marketing strategy to a level where you can assess and add to the team’s improvement plans.Maintain and Strengthen Client Partnerships
Act as a trusted partner to clients by proactively engaging and communicating with them to ensure that the strategic goals are aligned and met. Understand their business and target market as deeply as they do Brainstorm ideas with the client on all aspects of the scope, and overall business strategyHighly Efficient Project Management
Serve as an effective main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. Exhibit high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure on-time submission of all client deliverables Actively maintain a marketing brief that acts as the client bible. This brief contains everything about the clients – their brand, objectives, learnings from implementations and capture both successful and unsuccessful marketing activities to aid strategic decision makingTechnical Skill and Knowledge
Has the ability to learn and adopt digital marketing knowledge in a fast paced environment in order to effectively guide the clients, answer queries, present reports and lead the internal teams to come up with the best digital marketing solutions Actively learns and masters all digital marketing skillsets, and platforms in use by the client
