We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Chapter Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities within existing leads/clients and to target prospective key clients from a provided focus list.

The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Infobip’s product and service offerings to high-value clients in the designated region. This role involves proactively recommending tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensuring our services drive value for their business.

Main Responsibilities:

Focuses on New Business development, finding prospect/projects, qualification and closure for successful saleSells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.Maintains client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account healthAs required cross sells for accounts he/she signs on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)

Main Requirements:

3 years applicable experience including 2 years of solution salesSuccessful sales track record - comission earningsAbility to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.Interaction with C level players.Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.Clear understanding of Digital and Cloud market solutionsKnowledge of Digital marketing marketBusiness notions of Conversational and AI  are a plusFluent English and FrenchBachelor degree or equivalent
