What You’ll Do:
+ New Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients through strategic outreach and cold-calling efforts.
+ Revenue Growth: Create and execute plans to exceed sales goals across both television and digital platforms.
+ Client Relationships: Build lasting, trust-based relationships within the local business community.
+ Customized Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored presentations that highlight the value of our advertising solutions.
+ Advertising Strategy: Educate clients on the effectiveness of TV and digital marketing, crafting solutions that align with their business goals.
+ Seamless Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and placement of advertising campaigns.
+ Creative Collaboration: Partner with clients and creative teams to produce high-impact ads that deliver measurable results.
What You Bring:
+ A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
+ A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales systems (bonus points for knowledge of Comscore, Nielsen, or Wide Orbit).
+ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Experience managing agency business is a plus but not required
