Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsMaintain and update customer profile including customer contract, rate file, contact list, SOP, OMdatabase updateConduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights, and understands positive and negative trends in data, to uncover new opportunities for service improvements, retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the customerStay informed of changes within the customers’ business, industry and sector through regular customer communication; applies that knowledge to identify new opportunitiesUse effective negotiation and sales strategies in discussing pricing and selling solutions with the customer

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 2 years working experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry

Preferred Qualifications:Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills, patient and proactive to build relationship with customersGood problem-solving skills and organizational skills and attention to detailsProficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExcellent communication & presentation skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese )Immediate available is highly preferred.
