Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Commercial and Industrial sectors.Stay ahead of market trends to anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions.Develop and maintain long-term business relationships to drive revenue growth.Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service.Represent GFL at trade shows, networking events, and community activities.Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive prospecting and client engagement.What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals.2+ years of industry experience in waste management, recycling, or related fields preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and win in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset.Work Environment:
