The bank is ranked 3 rd on the list of largest banks in the US. Publicis services Citi in support of strategic marketing and communications for the Global Consumer Banking organization which includes their Retail Banking and Credit Cards businesses. The Account Executive will support the account team members in managing and coordinating all day-to-day operations of the brand’s marketing campaigns. They will be the glue that holds the team together by ensuring all account management fundamentals are flawlessly buttoned up, so that the account can function as seamlessly as possible across all core projects and tasks. **Why would the candidate be excited to work on this brand?** Publics services Citi in an integrated, Power of One model, bringing together Publicis Groupe agencies and capabilities to support Citi’s strategic priorities. Within this integrated model we are looking for a candidate who has a strong digital mindset and who has had exposure to omni-channel development and production. **Responsibilities** **What will the day-to-day work look like?** + Help facilitate and support the agency creative process + Support in the creative production process (asset management, network clearance, talent/usage, etc.) + Project Timeline development/management/oversight– in collaboration with Program Management + Become a brand steward – develop an in-depth knowledge of client products & competitive landscape + Budget/Finance tracking & support + Meeting Management & client status owner **Qualifications** The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment and should be able to handle complex projects. Key qualities include: + 2+ years of integrated agency experience + Experience with the integrated creative production process (video, digital, print, etc.) + Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and thorough + Collaborative and able to build trust and respect from team members (e.g., other internal departments, partner agencies, clients) + Proactive and inquisitive demeanor + Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously + Understands how to prioritize tasks across multiple projects + Eager to learn & take on new responsibilities; looks for opportunities to support team wherever possible + Meeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively + Proactively seeks out solutions to problems, however knows when to ask for help/guidance + Positive, can-do attitude throughout all tasks big and small + Strong written and verbal communication skills **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
