Our Account Executive, APAC is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals by managing up to 15 strategic accounts, responding to inbound inquiries, and generating a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will deliver quotes, close deals, and maintain high customer satisfaction while effectively communicating the TrueNAS value proposition to prospects, customers, and channel partners. Success in this role requires end-to-end technical sales expertise, collaboration with Sales Engineers and leadership, a strong grasp of the competitive landscape, and accurate documentation in Salesforce. A proven track record of exceeding quotas, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
This is a hybrid position based in our Makati, Philippines office.
Base Pay Range
This position will have a base salary, plus commission.
Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs. The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

The Day-to-Day
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Achieve Annual and Quarterly Sales Key Performance Indicators, Objectives, and Revenue Goals. Respond to assigned inbound inquiries. Vet and determine end-user business objectives - elevate the conversation. Produce and deliver quotes, and book revenue to meet sales and margin goals. Actively generate a sufficient pipeline to achieve sales revenue goals and KPIs. Will target and manage up to 15 strategic accounts with a goal of providing outstanding customer service and expanding within the organization finding additional business opportunities. Maintain a deep understanding of the TrueNAS value proposition and product offering. Effectively communicate and present the TrueNAS company vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy to prospects, existing customers, and channel partners. Maintain a high-level understanding of the competitive landscape. Engage with customer and prospect technology teams to effectively communicate and educate end users and decision-makers about the solutions we provide. Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Management to secure revenues. Collaborate with Sales Engineers for customer/prospect configurations. Handle an end-to-end technical sales process.
