Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, creating and implementing effective account strategies, and managing client relationships. This role requires strong financial acumen, business insights, and the ability to analyze sales data to drive business decisions. The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and perform under pressure to meet client expectations. Additionally, the role involves handling enterprise clients, guiding deal structuring, and supporting junior Account Executives by sharing best practices.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 5+ years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry.
+ Proficiency in relevant software.
+ Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
+ Excellent leadership and team development skills.
+ Ability to create and implement account strategies.
+ Strong financial acumen and business insights.
+ Proficient in client negotiation and relationship management.
+ Skilled in analyzing and interpreting sales data.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
+ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to perform under pressure and meet client expectations.
