**About the Role** **:**
As an **ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Business Development** , you will be a key player in our growth story. You'll engage directly with potential clients, conducting outbound sales calls to educate them on the value of our innovative insurance solutions. Your role is crucial in identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers.
Location: **South Jordan, UT (onsite)**
Schedule: **Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm**
**What You'll Do** **:**
+ Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to develop and qualify leads to convert to potential clients.
+ Educate small business owners on the benefits of our insurance programs and address their concerns.
+ Build strong relationships with potential clients and develop a deep understanding of their insurance needs.
+ Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
+ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes

**Who YOU Are** **:**
+ **A Sales Superstar** **:** You have at least 2 years of successful sales experience, as an Account Manager/Executive, ideally in B2B sales, specifically in selling to small businesses in industries such as: restaurants, retail, wholesale, contractors, manufacturing, etc.
+ **A Hunter** **:** You possess a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and a relentless drive to succeed.
+ **A Communicato** **r:** You're an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ **A Proactive Learner** **:** You're eager to learn and adapt to new information and technologies quickly.
