Account Executive - CEE

Role Location: Barcelona (EMSE) - Hybrid

About the role:

As a Account Executive for EMSE, you will be joining Gartner’s fastest growing region operating at the forefront of Gartner’s sales function, responsible for retaining and acquiring new clients for Gartner. You will be given ownership for a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers.

What you’ll do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizationsOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeRetain current clients while working to increase their satisfaction and account growth. Work with clients and prospects in a specified territory to ensure they understand and receive maximum value from their Gartner servicesBe aligned to one of Gartner's CEE markets - Hungary, Croatia or Slovenia.Collaborate with the rest of the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to continue the development of best practices and new prospecting techniquesWork within a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including Hungarian, Croatian, Slovenian and English

What you’ll need:

1+ years of consultative selling experience with a demonstrated track record of successStrong commercial intellect, executive presence, and business acumenA high level of drive for individual success, combined with a collaborative approach.Experience owning the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to closure (new client acquisition experience is a plus)Experience in managing, retaining and growing a book of businessFluency in English and native level of either Hungarian, Croatian or Slovenian.
