We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Account Executive for our Construction Practice based out of our Miami, FL office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Provide support to clients by coordinating solutions, managing accounts, and administering plans to ensure customer questions and issues are addressed efficiently.Evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials to develop tailored solutions and articulate the impact of options to clients.Retain business and collaborate with Account Management colleagues to generate new business opportunities.Drive relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and achieve growth targets.Respond to complex client needs and questions, enhancing the overall client experience while adhering to compliance and professional standards.What you need to have:
Proven experience in Account Management, particularly within the construction industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risks and develop strategic solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.A track record of meeting sales goals and implementing growth and retention strategies.What makes you stand out:
