Account Executive (Enterprise Accounts)

About the role

This role is empowered to grow and enhance customer relationships with Prosys and work to identify opportunities within their current customer base or benefit from the many marketing activities sponsored by Prosys. Travel to client sites is required for work outside of the office engage face-to-face with customers through a consultative sales approach to develop business plans to satisfy particular customer needs. You must possess a proven track record of sales achievement, a high level of professionalism, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional competencies include strong communication and listening skills, the ability to determine, with the assistance of our extensive technical resources, the correct solutions, and then present and close these solutions.

Salary range:  $100K - $140K USD + Commisson

 

What you'll be doing

Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values. Schedule and attend meetings with customers and prospective customers as requested. Maintain customer relationships by informing current and future customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products; responding to customer inquiries, emphasizing sale-able features, quoting prices and credit terms; motivating customers to buy; following up with potential/existing customers to assure happiness and resolve problems. Maintain customer files with sales contract and other information. Manage Existing Clients with Assigned Incumbent AE's: Account Managers will assist in running day to day activities, such as: pre-qualifying new opportunities within client infrastructure, coordinating internal resources for sales opportunities, order fulfillment tracking and confirmation, conducting "up-sell" call campaigns, managing Account Receivable issues, and scheduling/inviting Clients for key events. From time to time, the Account Manager will be required to provide Proposals/Quotations for less complex solutions, in lieu of the Inside Sales Rep. Understand and abide by all security and operational policies. Embrace and support Prosys’ mission and core values.

 

What you have

1-2 years of sales experience Legally eligible to work in the United States Technology background or experience is preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Keen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work. Must be highly organized. Professional self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with others. Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and personal judgment Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet. Ability to travel to meetings. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Bachelor’s degree preferred
