The **Account Executive** is responsible for driving and managing the overall commercial activity of existing customer accounts and new prospects, as assigned by the Sales Manager. This role is instrumental to the growth of Esko and Veralto as the global leader of artwork & packaging management software solutions. This position is part of the **Enterprise Software** organization. This successful candidate will be based in Europe but will work remotely as desired and/or within Esko’s offices located in Gent, Belgium. **In this role, you will:** + Conduct overall sales activity to meet or exceed sales targets for both new business and existing accounts. + Collaborate across all internal teams and resources (Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Inside Sales, PM) to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients before and after the sale. + Keep up on industry developments and identify potential opportunities for Esko to expand its market share. + Attentively listen to your customers and understanding their needs and wants while pairing them with the best products in the market + Consistently update and maintain all opportunities in Esko’s CRM, carefully managing the step by step sales process used within ESKO in order to produce accurate and individual forecast on a weekly and monthly basis. **Are you qualified?** + high-level solution selling experience and proven success in selling enterprise solution software and services + Excellent command of English required. Proficiency in multiple languages a strong plus. + Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets + Strength in problem solving, able to manage complex business subjects to conclude on solutions and address change management needs. + Successful track record of influencing, both internally and externally.
