We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Financial Institutions team in the Brisbane office.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly motivated team which manages a range of corporate and retail clients.
This role requires a diligent team player who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and who can contribute to all aspects of client service by assisting the team to maintain and grow its existing portfolio. WTW will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your skills sets and broaden your knowledge in the complexities of Financial Institutions products including but not limited to Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability and Crime Insurance.
The Role
As a member of a highly motivated team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate financial lines insurance solutions for the client Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and grow strong client and insurer relationships Supporting the team on our large complex clients, and maintaining your own portfolio of financial lines clients Promoting the Willis Towers Watson brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationallyThe Requirements
