For more information, please visit: https://www.thecommunityagency.com/en-us **Overview** Day-to-day you will be working on an Account Team focused on developing fully integrated campaigns for the new mainstream (multicultural). This role will have the opportunity to help drive the overall process for a **multinational financial technology company** . In this role, you will work to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met. You will have the opportunity to work within all aspects of Creative Advertising from ideation through production and campaign delivery. This is a fast-paced team with lots of opportunity for growth working directly with members of our leadership team. **Responsibilities** Role & Responsibilities: + Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client’s business: key issues, competitive landscape, industry trends and the implications on our work. + Stay up-to-date on changes to media channels and advertising trends, understanding what is best-in-class and how, when, and where to reference it as a creative solution for my team, client or work. + Track and manage expectations on timelines, budgets and priorities so supervisors and clients are not caught off guard by something unexpected happening on a project. + Provide clarity by taking accurate/timely notes from all meetings and conference calls to keep the extended team aligned on agreements, next steps and responsibilities. + Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies Scope of Work: + Fully integrated campaign development through production. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
