Account Executive for SkyHive - German speaker

We partner with our GTM Team to elevate the skills conversation and take ultimate accountability for revenue growth for Skyhive across our global business, with teamwork at the heart of our success.

In this role you will...

Hunt and close new and existing Cornerstone accounts in your assigned territory Focus solely on ARR quota attainment Exceed quarterly sales targets Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce Partner with Presales, Solutions Engineering and the Cornerstone Account Team to ensure high satisfaction among your clients

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

You have 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to VP and C-level executives Fluency in German and English. Additional European languages will be appreciated You have an HR tech or a data solution background You have a proven track record of success selling into enterprise and large enterprise companies You have ideally sold in an overlay environment You're able to consistently deliver on 6+ figure ARR deals You have team selling experience You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
