Why We Have This Role

\n

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive based in Hong Kong who will own all sales activities within their assigned territory. You will lead prospecting, lead generation, sales calls, and manage the entire sales cycle—from proposal to contract negotiation and deal closure. Your impact will be measured by meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional integrity, quality, and customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the marketing team to grow Qualtrics’ footprint across key industries including mid-size to large companies, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions.

\n\nTakes initiative and works entrepreneurially to achieve outcomes\nStrong track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently\nSkilled at acquiring and developing new clients within complex sales cycles\nExpert negotiator comfortable closing deals and managing contracts\nAbility to sell complex SaaS platforms (specifically Qualtrics XM) to strategic accounts\nClear and compelling communicator with storytelling skills to connect features to client needs\nComfortable working in a bilingual environment with strong proficiency in Chinese and English\n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\nLead all sales activities in your territory, from identifying prospects to closing deals, driving incremental product revenue\nAcquire new clients and negotiate sales of Qualtrics’ Experience Management platform to mid-sized and large organizations\nGuide potential customers through tailored sales presentations that demonstrate how Qualtrics features meet their specific needs\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders in client organizations\nCollaborate with marketing to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and follow up on event and trade show leads\nStay current on competitive landscape and market trends to shape winning proposals, pricing, and offers\nRepresent Qualtrics at conferences and industry events to deepen market presence and generate leads\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher\n6+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS or related technology sales\nProven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Hong Kong or similar markets\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English\nExperience with cold calling and pipeline development\nProficiency with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools\nHighly competitive, self-motivated, and with a strong work ethic\n\n
