About This Opportunity Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the account management and operational needs of the APAC Product team. As an Account Executive you will need to build strong multi layered relationships internally whilst gaining complete understanding of the objectives and internal processes. You will be expected to be highly organized and keep a keen eye on project and product details. In this position, you will work closely with all members of our team, including the Marketing, Operations and Merchant Account team to support sales-related tasks and provide assistance with operational activities related to fintech products. Responsibilities Report to the Account Manager to assist Hong Kong merchant management and efficient product launch for APAC regions Assist new products or merchants’ launches, marketing promotions and any new initiatives All Product Set up Activities, utilizing and maintaining multiple databases to obtain and update product attributes Serve as subject matter expert for Product Add Launch Processes. Coordinate and be responsible for Product Add Projects, including project entry, plan, schedule, and make sure work items meet their timelines Monitor and report on project/work item progress to stakeholders in a timely manner, utilize Scheduling and forecasting to Reduce Escalations Interaction with all key international resource functions to manage all projects through from end to end and follow technical processes to ensure projects and products are launched in a timely manner. Track and log issues to be addressed at quarterly reviews Interaction with International Ops team counterparts to ensure commonality in role and responsibilities as well as best practices Build rapport with Asia Pac Account Managers to enable effective communication orders and a close/collaborative working relationship Maintain master database of regional product information, manage data inventory and reordering Maintain Test card Inventory for all active Asia Pac Products, management of stock budgeting and forecasts Create and maintain up to date documentation and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subjects At least 2 years’ experience in retail / Fast Moving Consumable Goods or related industry Willingness to learn and ambition to be successful Confident communicator & ability to interact at any level Highly organized with acute attention to detail and ability to manage several projects & tasks simultaneously Results-focused, collaborative team player with proven ability to also work independently Strong technical skills and not afraid to ask questions to ensure a thorough understanding Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing business environment Ability to work equally well independently or part of a team and able priorities tasks Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) InComm provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. *This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program-Tier 3 #LI-TL1
