About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll work with small and medium-sized business owners to help grow their businesses with financing options made with SMBs in mind. You will own the full sales cycle, from onboarding to closing, for warm leads interested in Bluevine’s line of credit product. This individual should be willing to hustle, open to learning, passionate about selling, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. There is great growth potential as our sales organization continues to grow!
What You'll Do:
Make at least 35-50 calls & send ~80 emails per day to warm leads and approvals. Manage a pipeline of up to 100 of our highest revenue prospects in various stages of the sales cycle, including underwriting review, and closing. Consistently hit monthly volume, booking rate and cross-sell targets. Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB owners, ensuring that they are connected with the correct Bluevine product. Utilize sales engagement tools, lead management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management.What We Look For:
2+ years of telephone sales experience, ideally in a Fintech and/or selling to SMBs. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota, goal oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication is key. Uncompromising hustle and integrity.New Hire Base Salary Range: $51,000 - $60,000
New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $85,000 - $100,000.
